How It Works (Legally)

Record a single song (“master recording”) on this beat and distribute/sell up to 2,000 copies royalty free. In addition you can distribute unlimited free internet downloads or streams for non-profit and non-commercial use. This license allows up to five hundred thousand (50,000) monetized audio streams to sites like (Spotify, RDIO, Rhapsody) but not eligible for monetization on YouTube. We also request a written credit to be included in the title ot credits section of the complete song (i.e. 'produced by Diamond Style').

You may perform the Song publicly for FREE at live performances (i.e. concert, festival, nightclub etc.) Only non-profit performances allowed. In order to be able to perform your Song for-profit and to receive compensation for you live performances, you must obtain a higher grade license.

Also, you're allowed to use the song for one (1) Music Video with the right to stream it online (YouTube, Vimeo, etc..) for up to 50,000 non-monetized video streams on all total sites.
