NOTE: If you happen to have installed a hotfix named 'AutoCAD Map 3D 2017.0.2' ( you could check the product version by selecting About Autodesk AutoCAD Map 3D 2017 from the Help dropdown menu), PLEASE UNINSTALL it. It is a faulty version of hotfix and you are not recommended to use it.

Releases This Hotfix Applies To
This hotfix applies to the following releases with Autodesk AutoCAD Map 3D 2017 Service Pack 1 installed:
- Autodesk AutoCAD Map 3D 2017
- Autodesk Infrastructure Administrator 2017
The following issues have been resolved in AutoCAD Map 3D 2017.0.3 Hot Fix
FDO Raster
- Adding an ECW image file into Map 3D through FDO Raster, the image comes in with noise.
MAPTOACAD
- Command MAPTOACAD export wrong color for symbols.
- Map 3D crashes when MAPTOACAD with XData option and the layer containing calculation.
Style Editor
- The expression for Font Size in Style Editor doesn't change correctly according to the input.
MAPSEARCH
- Clicking 'Zoom Extents' button in Mapsearch dialog causes Unhandled Exception.
Coordinate System
- SHP files with M value in geometry, or Vertex has an M Value, does not reproject coordinates.
Others
- Using csupdate.exe to add user defined CS does not succeed.
General Installation Information
Before you install this hotfix, make sure AutoCAD Map 3D 2017 Service Pack 1 has been applied to the product. Without Sercie Pack 1 pre-installed, the installation of this hotfix would be aborted.
After this hotfix is successfully installed, in Control Panel-->Programs and Features-->View installed updates, or in the About dialog of Map 3D, you will see that 'Autodesk AutoCAD Map 3D 2017.0.3 Hot Fix' is shown while AutoCAD Map 3D 2017 Service Pack 1 is not displayed any more. This is as design. Once you uninstall this hotfix, AutoCAD Map 3D 2017 Service Pack 1 will be displayed there again.
Windows 7 / Windows 8 or 8.1 / Windows 10
- Click Start and then Control Panel.
- Click Programs.
- Click Programs and Features.
- In the Programs and Features window, in the left pane, click View Installed Updates.
- Find the appropriate Service PackHot FixUpdate in the list of updates. Click Uninstall.
